The usage of all EasyStreet accounts is governed by two documents: our Acceptable Usage Guidelines and our Services Agreement.
EasyStreet can enter your domain name into our Domain Name Servers (DNS) to translate your domain name into the correct IP address and properly route your email. Having EasyStreet manage your DNS is required if you are using POP3 mailboxes with your own domain name. If you are using our Hosted Exchange service or running your own mail server, we strongly recommend using EasyStreet for DNS, but other DNS providers are compatible.
To add a new domain name into EasyStreet's DNS, please email EasyStreet Info. To request a record change for a domain name already in EasyStreet's DNS, please write to our EasyStreet Hostmaster.
Customer administrators can add or delete mailboxes on their own. Customers who would like to add email service can write to EasyStreet Info.
