EasyStreet's Service Level Agreement (SLA) is simple: We guarantee the uptime of your network connection, hardware, OS and web server software, depending on which EasyStreet services you use. If there is a service failure, you will be credited—and not just at a flat hourly rate. For each hour of service outage beyond the SLA that you experience due to factors we are responsible for, EasyStreet will credit you one week's worth of fees.*

EasyStreet's commitment and confidence is far beyond the industry-standard SLA of five percent credit. EasyStreet is comfortable making this bold promise with our SLA because of our solid uptime history, experienced staff, redundant infrastructure and financial stability.
